Sponsorship for One Years Membership to the iSRRS for Lower and Middle Income Countries

APPLICATION PROCESS

Background

The International Society for Rapid Response Systems (iSRRS) is a UK registered charity (No.1175810). The overarching aims of the Society are:

  1. The preservation and protection of health and the saving of lives of hospitalised patients by educating health care professionals in the use of Rapid Response Systems

  2. To advance the education of the public and in particular health care professionals about the use of Rapid Response Systems and to promote research for the public benefit in all aspects of Rapid Response Systems and to publish the formal results.

Rapid Response Systems are interventions designed to detect and respond to acute changes in patients, including clinical deterioration in vital signs, that require immediate response to mitigate the harm to the patient.

The iSRRS are keen to support clinicians, managers, past patients and family members from lower and middle income countries to progress aspects of Rapid Response Systems in their organisations and Country. To help enable this, a number of one year memberships will be awarded to successful applicants.
