1. Question: For RN delivered METS, how often do you call a physician, and what type of physician do you call when backup is needed?

2. Comment: Patients and families would respond favorably to METS. Educate patients and families on the presence of METS. Consider programs that allow patients and families to activate METS themselves. Consider reconciling the various METS criteria.

3. Comment: The goal is to do the best thing for the patient regardless of who does it. I would like to see data on how private MDs and attending MDs feel METS effect patient care.
